Google Drive Setup Guide
Follow this structure to set up your Google Drive. Create each folder and document exactly as shown below.
Quick Setup Steps
Go to Google Drive and create a new folder called Social Media Content.
Inside that folder, create a subfolder called _General Resources & Strategy.
Create another subfolder called Brand Content.
Inside Brand Content, create 6 subfolders — one for each brand (numbered 1–6).
Inside _General Resources & Strategy, create 3 Google Docs (see names below).
Inside each brand folder, create a Google Doc called Content Bank & Ideas.
Share the main Social Media Content folder with your team member (Editor access).

Add new post ideas to the relevant brand's Content Bank doc as they come to mind.
Review the weekly summary from the Scheduler.
Approve any new content directions or strategy changes.

Open the Master Posting Schedule to see the content theme for each day.
Go into each brand's Content Bank and select 7 posts (one per day).
Schedule all 42 posts for the week in Buffer.
Create simple Canva graphics if a post needs a visual.

Send Cheri a brief weekly summary: posts scheduled, posts published, any questions.
Sharing with Your Team
Share the main Social Media Content folder with your team member using their Gmail address. Set their access to Editor so they can update the content banks and add notes. You keep full ownership of the folder.
