Caption & Hashtag Guide
A quick-reference formula for writing every post. Follow these three steps for consistent, effective captions.
The Caption Formula
The Hook
Start with a short, attention-grabbing sentence.
"Parents: senior year moves fast."
"Many pet owners are surprised by vet costs."
"Homeowners often think they must fix everything before selling."
The Helpful Insight
Add 1–2 short lines of useful information.
"Starting scholarship searches early can make a huge difference in senior year."
"Vacant homes can become expensive to maintain if they sit too long."
The Soft Call-to-Action
End with a gentle direction to the website. No hard selling.
"Learn more at [website link]"
"Find more resources at [website link]"
"More tips here: [website link]"
